A three member IPS delegation headed by DG and comprising Fasih Uddin, NAC member and Irfan Shahzad, Research Coordinator, will visit China from April 13, 2008

A three member IPS delegation headed by DG and comprising Fasih Uddin, NAC member and Irfan Shahzad, Research Coordinator, will visit China from April 13, 2008. the delegation will take part in a conference titled “Sino-Pak Economic Relations in New Phase” organized by Institute of South Asian Studies (ISAS), Yunnan Academy of Social Sciences,  Kunming. The two institutions, along with Institute of South Asian Studies, Sichuan University, Chengdu have a tripartite relationship of annual reciprocal visits. Irfan Shahzad will stay at ISAS-Kunming for 3-4 weeks under the “Scholars Exchange Program”, another tripartite arrangement.
