Religious Education Institutions (REIs): Personal and Institutional Development

Continuing the project of “Personal and Institutional Deveopment of REIs,” 30th workshop was held on November 26, 2008 at Jamia Fareedia, Sahiwal.

The Institute of Policy Studies and Dawah Academy (International Islamic University, Islamabad) have been working on the project of “Personal and Institutional Deveopment of Religious Educational Institutions (REIs).”

Continuing the activity, 30th workshop was held in collaboration with “Jamia Fareedia, Sahiwal,” on November 26, 2008 at Jamia Fareedia, Sahiwal.

Uptil now, 7 workshops (five- to fifteen-day) and 22 one-day seminars have been conducted in this regard. The participants come from different parts of the country professing different schools of thought. The purpose of holding such workshops is to help REIs in their institutional development and the capacity building of the teachers and administrators. In these workshops over 700 teachers participated from some 200 different religious institutions.
