Capacity Building Program

Over the years, the Institute has developed an enviable reputation of providing future oriented Capacity Building and Personality Development Programs for professional organizations and educational institutes. An extensive project of the capacity building of the students of Riphah International University (RIU) has been underway.

Over the years, the Institute has developed an enviable reputation of providing future oriented Capacity Building and Personality Development Programs for professional organizations and educational institutes. An extensive project of the capacity building of the students of Riphah International University (RIU) has been underway. The activity starts with fresh intake of the students and survey reports depicting the profile and perceptions of its students are produced.
In the last quarter, the program was concluded with DG Khalid Rahman’s lecture. It was conducted in 6 faculties of RIU and consisted of 10 lectures and 15 contact hours for each faculty.
The objectives of the program are to develop in students: greater moral strength; self development process; skills to distinguish the needs of professional and social development, the understanding of their role as a professional and social individual in practical life.
The themes for the program starting from January 2009 are: Professional Values and Humanity, Discipline and Self Esteem, Thoughtful and Inquisitive Individual, Time Management, Hope and Positive Thinking, Setting your Directions, Pakistan’s Significance in the Comity of Nations.
