Mr. Fasihuddin is former chief economist of Planning Commission of Pakistan. He has also held the positions of Advisor to Finance Minister and Economic Advisor to Ministry of Finance. He is author of a number of books, research studies and articles and has attended many international conferences and meetings related to his field of expertise. He is Chairman of IPS Experts Group on WTO.
