The session was addressed as keynote speaker by Abdullah Khurram from Johns Hopkins University, who is also a fellow at PoliTact, and strategic advisor at the Gulf State Analytics; while the other important discussants included Syed Muhammad Ali, senior research fellow, Centre for International Strategic Studies (CISS), Ambassador (r) Ayaz Wazir, Zaheeruddin Dar, CBI Expert & Trainer, Centre for International Entrepreneurship and Trade, DG-IPS Khalid Rahman, and the research faculty of IPS.
