An insightful session titled ‘Leadership Lessons from the Prophet’s (PBUH) Seerah’ highlighting the development and role of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as the most successful leader of all times, was held at IPS on June 1, 2017.

The session, which was organized as part of IPS’ team development program, was addressed by Abdul Samad Khan, CEO, Youth Impact, with a view to fuel the Institute’s team with inspiring and motivational leadership lessons from the Prophet’s eventful life.

Dividing his study into four phases of Prophet’s life i.e. i) the leader in making, ii) assuming leadership role, ii) developing more leaders, and iv) the post-Prophet impact, Samad maintained that the Prophet’s (PBUH) seerah was not only exemplary from the viewpoint of personal development, but also provides with a host of lessons for professional development as well as to evaluate our positions as a leader both in domestic and professional settings.

Executive President IPS Khalid Rahman in the end endorsed the importance of deriving leadership and other real-life lessons from the life of the last Prophet, while sharing that the Institute will continue to capacitate its team through such invaluable sessions in future as well.
