IPS LEAD – the Learning, Excellence and Development Program of Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) – invites all young social scientists and/or inter-disciplinary researchers, preferably enrolled in research degree programs in International Relations, Strategic Studies, Defense and Diplomatic Studies, Governance, Government and Public Policy, Political Science, Peace and Conflict Studies & International Law to come and brainstorm for ideas for their research topics with senior researchers, policy analysts and practitioners.
