IPS research fellow Irfan Shahzad attended a briefing organized by the Embassy of Kazakhstan on the new social and developmental initiatives taken by the Kazakh president Nursultan Nazarbayev. The briefing, which was held on April 6, 2018, was attended by a select group of academics and journalists from twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
