IPS signs MoU with Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell (J&KLC)

A memorendum of understanding was signed between IPS and Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell (J&KLC) on November 15, 2018, providing a framework to cooperate and coordinate with each other in the areas of mutual interest.

The agreement, which was signed by Naufil Shahrukh, general manager operations, IPS, and Mansoor Qadir Dar, secretary, J&KLC, will pave way for the two institutions to carry out joint activities including fostering of dialogues among scholars, experts and policy makers especially in the areas of Kashmir’s history, politics and conflict, sharing of intellectual resources , conducting trainings on diversified subjects, offering joint diploma and certificate courses, publishing projects, and dissemination of yielded research and analysis with policy circles, media, academia, public and other relevant stakeholders.
