‘Living Lively at Work Place’

A delegation of male mentors from different departments of Riphah International University (RIU), Islamabad, visited IPS to attend a workshop titled ‘Living Lively at Work Place’. The workshop, which was arranged by the Tarbiyah Department of the University, was hosted by IPS LEAD – the learning, excellence and development program of IPS – on November 16, 2018.

The 22-member delegation was addressed by DG-IPS Khalid Rahman, who delivered a lecture on ‘How to tackle workplace stresses’, urging the participants to love their work while taking ownership of their official responsibilities. The two practices, according to the speaker, would not only add to the personnel’s proficiency, but will also help motivate him to overcome his professional deficiencies.
