Workshop on ‘Happiness at Workplace’

A workshop titled ‘Happiness at Workplace’ was organized by IPS LEAD – the learning, excellence and development program of IPS – on January 25, 2019 as part of the Institute’s team development program.

The workshop – which was facilitated by Syed Ikram-ul-Haque, IPS Associate and CEO, Centric Consulting, Islamabad – aimed to create awareness among the participants about how to tackle and overcome various type of stresses at the workplace while maintaining focus even in difficult situations and accomplishing one’s tasks timely and efficiently.

The speaker also shared various tips to improve one’s proficiency at the office including keeping the personal work-space neat and tidy, staying updated with what’s happening at the workplace, stepping up to take the responsibility whenever needed, and developing proper plans and efficient work routines to ensure a smooth work flow.
