Institute of Policy Studies (IPS), Islamabad, and Policy and Research Forum, Jammu and Kashmir (PRFJK) are co-organizing an international seminar titled ‘The Crisis in Kashmir: Amidst Regional and Global Dynamics’ at Pearl Continental Hotel, Muzaffarabad, on 28 November 2019 at 10:00 AM (sharp).

Yashpal Tandon | An academic, political activist and rural development specialist; founder and director of Southern and Eastern African Trade Information and Negotiations Institute (SEATINI), visiting professor, Middlesex University, UK.
Prof. Dr. Halil Toker (Sitara-e Imtiaz) | Head of Urdu Language and Literature Department, Istanbul University, Turkey, and author of two publications on Kashmir.

Iftikhar Gillani | A renowned Turkey-based Kashmiri journalist.
