Farewell of Mr Shiraz Gul

The farewell of Mr Shiraz Gul, the personal secretary of IPS’ founding chairman Prof Khurshid Ahmad, was held at IPS on December 3, 2019.

The session provided an opportunity to listen to the life story and experiences of the veteran civil servant who also served in the Office Management Group of Pakistan’s civil service before joining IPS after his retirement 15 years ago.
