Dr Noreen Saher is an associate professor and chairperson of the Department of Anthropology, Faculty of Social Sciences, International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI). She did her PhD in Social Anthropology from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad and later on, she did her Post-Doctoral fellowship, Interdisciplinary Management from Vienna University, Austria. During the course of her career, she has been associated in teaching roles with various other universities as well including Vienna University of Economics and Business, Vienna, Australia, The University of Salzburg, Australia, Bahria University, Islamabad, London University’s London School of Economics, British Council, Islamabad, National University of Emerging Sciences (FAST), Islamabad, Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, (MAJU),Islamabad, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST), Islamabad, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Islamabad, Hamdard University, Islamabad, Greenwich University, Islamabad and Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), Rawalpindi.
