The foreign policy of Pakistan should be owned and formulated by the foreign office under the guidance of experts and relevant policy stakeholders, which has, unfortunately, not been the case so far. These views were shared by Dr. Fakhr-ul-Islam, director, Pakistan Study Center, Peshawar University, during a seminar titled ‘Askariyat Kay Khadshaat, Mazi Ka Sabaq Aur Darkar Hikmat-e-Amli’, jointly organized in Peshawar by IPS, Qurtuba University and Pakistan Study Centre, Peshawar University, on September 21, 2022.
