Exposure visit and training of student leaders

A group of central executive body members of a national student organization (IJT) visited IPS on December 28-29, 2020 and attended a two day training session on leadership traits and skills.

The workshop was conducted by Executive President IPS Khalid Rahman, who imparted tips on how to realize one’s potential and how to unleash one’s leadership qualities.

The speaker apprised the participants that good leaders accept challenges, take risks and learn from their mistakes. He said that good leaders always look for opportunities even in the most difficult circumstances, and it is their qualities like thinking out-of-the-box, taking chances and not being afraid of failures that transcends them from a good leader to a great one.
