The book launching ceremony of Hydro-Diplomacy: Preventing Water War Between Nuclear-Armed Pakistan and India was organized by IPS Press – the publishing arm of Institute of Policy Studies, Islamabad – on October 22, 2018.
The ceremony was addressed by the book’s author Ashfaq Mahmood, former federal secretary, Water and Power, Sardar Masood Khan, president, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Shafqat Kakakhel, former Ambassador, Mirza Hamid Hasan, former secretary, Water and Power and DG-IPS Khalid Rahman.
